Getting to the gym on Monday can be tough. We are all headed back to work, and Monday always seems to be the craziest day of the week for many of us. By the end of the day I'm not particularly motivated to go to the gym. This is why I use a pre-workout.

Some pre-workouts leave me feeling jittery and with a tingling sensation. What I love about C4 is that I get the energy without feeling any odd effects that I have experienced with other products. You simply add one scoop to 4 to 6 ounces of water 20 to 30 minutes before you plan to workout. Since time can get away from me at work, I'm glad that I'm not left feeling jittery while trying to get to the gym.
I have been getting back into running this month, but with the cold weather and rainy conditions, I have been running on the treadmill. Along with my running goals, I also plan to tone up this year. What I have noticed about C4 is that I am able to workout for an hour or more and I still have enough energy to power through. While it leaves me energized during my workout, I am happy to say that I am still able to fall asleep at night. I know we all have busy schedules so getting plenty of sleep is a must. I plan to try their other products in the future including Alpha Amino for optimal recovery. I will keep you posted on what I find.
